         Q. What kind of voltage does the Bidet use? (220V or 240V or 110V)

        A.  A the Bidet ranges from 110V to 240V

       Q.  I live outside of Australia. Will I be able to use this Bidet in my power socket?

       A.  Bidet`s are usually made to Australian standards. We can however order any european etc. bidet but this may take  a few days longer to deliver. We can also send you an attachment to transfer from an Australia power socket to any  overseas socket 

         Q.  How do I clean the Bidet?

         A.   To clean the Bidet you can use any bathroom desinfecting product, simply spray and wipe on a regular basis. Bidet nozzles are self cleaning.

         Q.  What if I live in colde climate?

         A.  Most of Yoyo Bidets have heated seat and heated water. Heating water is in several levels, from room temoeratur to a hot Jacuzzi.

        Q.  Water and electricity together isn`t it dangerous?

        A.  Power supplied Bidets take every precaution to prevent risks. Our product are made from plastic which does not conduct electrisity, and built-in ground protects users from the risks of electrical shock. The circuit bourd of the Bidet is protected and the casing is waterproof to prevent accidental water exposure (for example - during cleaning)

          Q.  After the warrenty period where can I send my Bidet for general repairs or parts?
