Refunds

Please choose carefully, because of health reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you believe you have a valid warranty, please return the complete item for our inspection because there is 12 month parts only manufacturer`s warranty, and we agree to replace or repair any part that proves to be defective, without charge. However, warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper  and irregular maintenance or accident or collision.  For more information check the shipping page.

Delivery Policy

We attempt to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving confirmation following a successful credit card purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item,we will contact you with the expected date of new stock arriving and ask how you would like to proceed; i.e.wait, or cancel the order and have your payment refunded.

Goods damaged or lost in transit

All orders are sent to you via Australian Parcel Post, unless otherwise specifically requested. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
